Abstract Skin is one of the largest and most important organs in human body. When faced with a large, full-thickness skin burn, there not enough healthy to graft. In this case, we can replace our biomaterials. Due its characteristics water permeability, antibacterial properties, biocompatibility, self-debridement, so on, hydrogel undoubtedly better alternative material. Among methods preparation, situ material molding has attracted lot attention for unique advantages. Here, proposed an forming process based on transfer printing verified feasibility using three-axis platform. The equipment was designed realize process, which prepared conditions subsequent optimization, cell experiment verification, animal experiment.
